Meanwhile, Axios reported on June 3 that Trump's campaign and the Republican National Committee raised $141 million in May. Of this, $53 million was transferred in just 24 months. hours after a New York jury found Mr. Trump guilty of falsifying business records to pay hush money for adult film star Stormy Daniels.
Sources familiar with the matter said Mr. Biden's campaign also raised funds effectively after the verdict with Mr. Trump. Mr. Biden has an advantage in financial resources for his campaign, but a report in May indicated that former President Trump is gradually narrowing the gap.
* On the same day, June 3, President Biden's son, Hunter Biden , appeared in court on charges of lying about using illegal drugs when buying a handgun in 2018. This is the first time in history. America, the son of a sitting president must stand trial.
